Beyond the Productivity Trap: how to transform Agentic Coding into enterprise value

The market is saturated with narratives about artificial intelligence promising instant acceleration. The reality within companies is more gradual: according to MIT, 95% of AI pilot projects have not yet generated a tangible economic return. The problem, almost always, is not the technology, but the lack of a method to manage it on an enterprise scale. And for those evaluating an external partner, the absence of a clear criterion to distinguish a Software Factory that generates value from one that merely produces output. 

In this meeting, we will see, through a live demo, how our work method functions in practice in agentic software development and what the implications are for IT organizations. The guiding principle is easy to state and complex to realize: the man orchestrates and the agent executes. 

We will start with the three value levers that lead to the success of an IT project with Agentic Coding: the engineering expertise, necessary to design reliable and time-resistant enterprise systems; the business knowledge, to understand where the autonomy of an agent creates value and where it could amplify complexities; the work method, which makes development repeatable, controlled, and verifiable on an industrial scale. None of the three are sufficient alone: it is their combination that transforms AI's power into results that generate business impact and can be trusted in the long term. 

We will then introduce the concepts of Model Portfolio, Right Task & Right Intelligence, shifting the focus from cost per token to the value actually generated in terms of outcome. We will also talk about AI Sovereignty, addressing the issue of sovereignty over sensitive data and software code.
