These efforts have never been led by individuals, but by groups of brilliant and devoted people who were able to face daunting challenges thanks to an essential motivation that united them.

adesso Group considers people as the beating heart of its activity, capable of combining business with technology. People represent the will to change, and the latter is the source of success. As Prof.Dr.Volker Gruhn, Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of adesso says, "The reasons for successful growth are always the same: the will to change and people who give shape to this will in the form of sophisticated software." People's curiosity, openness to seize new opportunities and their proactive power to create value for customers and themselves is encapsulated in the formula: GROW TOGETHER.
