Amplifon selects adesso.it as partner for its digital innovation strategy

adesso.it, the Italian subsidiary of the adesso group, has been selected by Amplifon – the global leader in hearing care services and solutions – to support its IT transformation.
The collaboration builds on a strong decade-long relationship, that began in 2015. It aims to analyse and optimise Amplifon’s application portfolio in order to define an integrated strategy focused on system development. The project will help to further improve application integration, data management and internal processes. With a unified view of its digital resources, Amplifon will be able to respond ever more quickly to market requirements.
In specific areas of the IT architecture, where the low-code paradigm can offer clear advantages in terms of flexibility and development speed, adesso Italy will leverage the advanced capabilities of the AI-powered low-code platform of our technology partner OutSystems. Thanks to predefined models and artificial intelligence integration, the application development process will become more agile, allowing business needs to be addressed and resolved more quickly than through traditional software development methods.
The collaboration between Amplifon and adesso Italy is aimed at consolidating the composable enterprise model by building an information platform through modular and composable software functions based on modern cloud technologies. This will ensure to increase both flexibility and scalability across the organisation. The modular nature of the composable enterprise supports continuous adaptation in response to evolving user and business needs and expectations. In this context, agile methodologies are key: as an Agile Digital Factory, adesso Italy takes a pragmatic, iterative approach in order to make the most of this architectural transformation, ensuring responsiveness and ongoing optimisation.
