In a rapidly transforming working landscape, where technology and our people's expectations evolve at unprecedented rates, we commit ourselves daily to asking: "What can we do to improve?" Obtaining the "Great Place To Work" certification is an honour for us and confirms our continuous work. We celebrate our successes by considering them the foundations to continue growing together with the people in our organisation and our clients.

OUR PILLARS: RELATIONSHIPS, DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION

Our organisation is founded on three fundamental principles:

1. COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP

Those who hold leadership roles at adesso.it are supported by training programmes and specialised coaches who aim to improve their competencies, which we believe are fundamental to being a host leader(*): knowing how to develop valuable relationships that generate value, constructive feedback, active listening, the ability to ask developmental questions are just some of the capabilities that a leader at adesso.it must master. Added to this commitment is a clear corporate vision of collaborative leadership, with leaders capable of engaging and motivating people in their teams by defining clear and shared objectives. 

This leadership model aims to build a corporate culture oriented towards collaboration, where each person's contribution becomes essential for achieving ambitious goals.

2. EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Skills development represents a strategic priority for adesso.it, as it constitutes the foundation for guaranteeing solidity and security to our people and consequently to our organisation. This is how we offer concrete value to our clients. 

The results are tangible: our personalised growth pathways improve the technical and methodological preparation of our teams, and the mechanisms of our "learning organisation" model (e.g.: Communities of practice, Internal webinars, etc.) also favour the spread of a continuous learning culture, a crucial element for remaining motivated and competitive in an increasingly complex and dynamic working landscape. 

In this way, skills development is not just an investment in people, but a fundamental driver for the company's overall success.

3. FEEDBACK AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

At adesso.it, development and growth pathways respond to the specific needs and interests of each individual. This is realised through the adoption of a multi-level feedback process: continuous feedback in projects, from which most training needs emerge, and periodic feedback (three times a year) with the Leaders of Centres of Competence, members of the People Care organisational area. Leaders are capable of agreeing development objectives with hard and soft skills training pathways and coaching techniques, to support people in making happen what fulfils them and realises their ambitions. 

This system contributes to stimulating innovative solutions, creating a dynamic, proactive environment capable of continuously changing.

THE AGILE APPROACH

The adoption of Agile at adesso.it has been, beyond a methodological choice, above all a cultural change that has made the organisation more open, flexible and collaborative. 

Leadership has evolved into host leadership (*), an approach whereby leaders create an environment favourable to autonomy, collaboration and the valorisation of each person's talents, inspiring trust and inclusion. Beyond leadership, agility involves every single person in the organisation. It's a process that empowers everyone, allowing all to have a concrete impact, actively seek collaboration and feedback, and see change as an opportunity for growth rather than as a limitation.

For us, technology is a tool, not an end. We use it to improve the working experience, optimise processes and ensure that individual success translates into collective success. Every milestone reached is an opportunity to continue growing, in line with a world that continuously evolves. 

In our journey towards innovation, we are, for example, exploring the use of intelligent agents to support and facilitate business processes (onboarding of new colleagues, adoption of company policies and procedures, company knowledge management, etc.).

Being recognised for the results achieved is a source of pride, but we know that true success is measured in the ability to constantly improve.
