Brand refresh and CD relaunch in the financial sector: Universal Investment chooses adesso for website relaunch

Fund service platform Universal Investment has entrusted adesso with the task of relaunching its website in line with the new corporate design produced in partnership with the design agency hauser lacour. The Frankfurt-based company’s branding has been completely revamped, with adesso taking charge of the software and technical side of the new website.

The relaunched website,, is a showcase for Universal Investment’s brand refresh. As a driver of innovation and digitalisation in the investment industry, Universal Investment was committed to updating its corporate identity in 2022 and positioning itself with a clear market profile as it continues to expand its operations globally. The equity management firm chose to involve adesso as part of the rebranding team to benefit from its expertise in digitalisation and software solutions in the banking and financial sector, alongside renowned branding and design agency hauser lacour. The team came up with a brand-new corporate design providing the framework for the newly relaunched website.

As an IT service provider, adesso held overall responsibility for the technical side of the project. By introducing an evolutionary content management system, adesso website experts have implemented seamless workflows and a state-of-the-art SEO architecture. The user experience has also been designed to enable the platform to be expanded on a modular basis, laying the groundwork for digital corporate communications of the future. adesso also took care to ensure that the project was properly documented and realised in accordance with all valid standards and regulations. adesso will continue to be responsible for maintaining and developing the solution beyond the software development phase.
